The NEC Classic Motor Show Sale 12-14 November 2021

PAYMENTS All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 15th November 2021. Please note we need to clear of the venue by 1pm on the Monday therefore any vehicles not paid for by this time will be taken to our storage partners facility in Northampton. Payment should be made by bank transfer where possible. Please note our new bank account details: sort code 20-98-87, account number 30223379. Card payments can be made (in person only) as follows: debit card payments up to £20,000 and credit card up to £5,000. Cash payments are not permitted. COLLECTION Please note that due to venue restrictions no vehicles can be moved until 8am on Monday 15th November and we need to be clear of The NEC by 1pm that day. Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released. Motor vehicles Vehicles can be collected from Hall 2, The NEC on Monday 15th November between 8am and 1pm. Our transport partners, EM Rogers, can assist with collection and delivery. Please contact them on 01604 755511 or trafficdesk@emrogers.co.uk for a quote. Any cars not collected by 1pm on Monday 15th November will be taken to EM Rogers storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £175 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 15th onwards. Motorcycles Motorcycles can be collected from Hall 5, The NEC, on Monday 15th November between 8am and 1pm. Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery. Please contact them on 01933 448555 or info@movingmotorcycles.co.uk for a quote. Any motorcycles not collected by 1pm on Monday 15th November will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £5 plus VAT per day thereafter. Automobilia Automobilia can be collected from Hall 2, The NEC over the weekend or Monday morning between 8am and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense. INSURANCE Please remember, once the hammer falls, the risk of the lot passes to you.
