4 The London Motorcycle Show Sale 2022 Key Sale Information VIEWING Viewing is available at London ExCel, E16 1XL, from 10am on Friday 11th February and 9am on Saturday 12th February. AUCTION The auction will take place from 14.30 on Saturday 12th February. Please note, entry to the sale is on presentation of this catalogue. EVENT TICKETS The auction is part of The Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show 2022 which is a ticketed event. Admission is not included in the price of the catalogue. BUYERS PREMIUM Like the majority of auctioneers, Silverstone Auctions charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyers premium charge is 12.5% +VAT (15% including VAT) on the first £300,000 of the hammer price and 10% +VAT (12% including VAT) on the balance thereafter. VAT Some lots may be subject to VAT on the hammer and buyers premium and some may be subject to import VAT on the hammer only. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyers premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges.
