2 Devitt MCN Festival of Motorcycling Sale 2022 Key Sale Information VIEWING Viewing is available at the MCN Festival of Motorcycling, held at the East of England Arena, PE2 6XE, from 9am on Saturday 14th May. AUCTION The auction will take place from 12 noon on Saturday 14th May. Please note, entry to the sale is on presentation of this catalogue. EVENT TICKETS The auction is part of the Devitt MCN Festival of Motorcycling which is a ticketed event. Admission is not included in the price of the catalogue. Our buyer’s premium charge is 12.5% +VAT (15% including VAT) on the first £300,000 of the hammer price and 10% +VAT (12% including VAT) on the balance thereafter. VAT Some lots may be subject to VAT on the hammer and buyer’s premium and some may be subject to import VAT on the hammer only. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges.
