We are delighted to be here for our ninth year as the shows official auction partner and with that we bring a superb collection of classic and competition cars to the market. This year we have split the sale into two dedicated days; the competition cars will be offered on day one (Friday 21) and the classic cars on day two (Saturday 22), with automobilia sales taking place on both. The lots offered during this auction are truly unrepeatable; in the competition car sale we have a very special 2007 Subaru Impreza WRC S12B which was campaigned by Petter Solberg and, poignantly, was the last car driven in public by the late, great Colin McRae (estimate £180,000 - £210,000). We will also be offering a pair of Jaguar F-Type SVR GT4 Race Cars (as one lot), which were specially commissioned for the Invictus Games Racing (estimate £200,000 – £250,000). In the classic car sale, we have some very special examples with both low mileage and low ownership, including a 1990 Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary (estimate £250,000 – £285,000) and a 1986 Ford RS200 (estimate £175,000 - £225,00). Also offered is a 1992 Lancia Hyena Zagato which is also low mileage, and is number nine of just 24 produced (estimated £150,000 – £170,000). On both auction days we will start the day with an automobilia sale, where over 100 collectable items including paintings, registration numbers and racing items will go under the hammer.
